Introduction To Compressing File

File compression is used to reduce the file size of one or more files. When a file or a group of files is compressed, the resulting "archive" often takes up 50% to 90% less disk space than the original file(s). Common types of file compression include Zip, Gzip, RAR, StuffIt, and 7z compression. Each one of these compression methods uses a unique algorithm to compress the data.

For Installation Follow The Following Steps:- Step 1:- Right click on the download file and run as administrator as show in the figure below:- Step 2:- After run as administrator you will get following windows click on install Step:3- After the complation of installation you will get below windows  Step 4:  To make sure the installation was done you can click on the start button on the keyboard and you can see the recent file installed software marked  as shown in the picture.
