How To Zip Files

To learn to zip a file follow the following steps:

To zip only single file:
Step 1:
Find the file you want to zip 
1st Right click on the file that you want  to zip
2nd Click on the send to option
3rd click on the compress (zipped ) folder



After clicking to compress (zipped) folder, your will get folder as show below and option to rename the zip file.

Now you can rename the file and ready to use it.

For Installation Follow The Following Steps:- Step 1:- Right click on the download file and run as administrator as show in the figure below:- Step 2:- After run as administrator you will get following windows click on install Step:3- After the complation of installation you will get below windows  Step 4:  To make sure the installation was done you can click on the start button on the keyboard and you can see the recent file installed software marked  as shown in the picture.
